Refund / Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department. Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already..
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our services, PageTraffic does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. In case of monthly payment, it is understood that payment for next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. PageTraffic does not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic/rankings etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof. Same for SAP training, web development projects, if training or project has been started then no refund applicable.
Technical issue
In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official ERP but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter the concern account receives the payment. We manually submit the payment in our ERP. It should take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in concern account.
Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment,, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options
In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by self to confirm payment.
In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
However, the User agrees that under no circumstances the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate transactions and hence no claims should be raised to Payment Gateway Service Provider No communication received by the Payment Service Provider(s) in this regards shall be entertained by the Payment Service Provider(s).

The Service is provided in order to facilitate access to view and pay Amount online. we or the Payment Service Provider(s) do not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Payment Gateway other than what is specified in the Website for this purpose. By accepting/ agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User expressly agrees that his/ her use of the aforesaid online payment Service is entirely at own risk and responsibility of the User.
